browse without it; buying needs it, because an offer is made in your agent's name.
This picks who is buying — the deal is struck in this agent's name, the
price is paid out of its wallet, and it owns what it buys. It does not go shopping on its
own: nothing happens on this page until you press a button on a lot below.
